  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Shipping Methods

To ensure your handcrafted shoes reach you safely and efficiently, we utilize a mixed network of trusted international logistics partners for the first leg of transit (including YunExpress, EMS, PostNL, and bpost). Once your custom footwear arrives in your destination country, the final delivery is seamlessly handed over to your reliable local courier (such as USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the UK) to bring it right to your door. We are actively exploring additional shipping channels to provide you with more options in the future.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

To understand when your shoes will arrive, please note that Total Delivery Time = Custom Crafting Time + Transit Time.

1. Custom Crafting Time(3 weeks)

Every pair of ArchSolo shoes is 100% made-to-order by our master shoemakers. Please allow 3 weeks from the moment you place your order for our shoemakers to meticulously complete the crafting process.


2. Regional Estimated Delivery & Transit Time

Once your bespoke footwear is crafted and handed over to our shipping partner, delivery times vary by destination:

  • North America (US, CA)
    • Estimated Delivery: 4 weeks total (3 weeks custom crafting + approx. 1 week transit)
  • Asia (JP, SG, KR)
    • Estimated Delivery: 4 weeks total (3 weeks custom crafting + approx. 1 week transit)
  • Europe (DK, FR, DE, IT, NL, PT, ES, UK, AT, BE, NO, SE, CH)
    • Estimated Delivery: 5 weeks total (3 weeks custom crafting + approx. 2 weeks transit)
  • Oceania (AU, NZ)
    • Estimated Delivery: 5 weeks total (3 weeks custom crafting + approx. 2 weeks transit)
  • Middle East (AE, QA, SA)
    • Estimated Delivery: 6 weeks total (3 weeks custom crafting + approx. 3 weeks transit)

 

Customs & Duties

  • Import Fees: Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees are determined by your local government regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs Clearances & Variations: Exact delivery times may occasionally vary due to local customs clearance procedures, postal efficiency, regional holidays, or YunExpress service levels—factors that are entirely beyond our control.
